- Discuss the logistics of the event
- Devise a floor plan to ensure a smooth flow
- Come up with a contingency plan (everyone needs one)
- Sketch a preliminary time line
- Consider colors and linens
- Discuss décor enhancements, if necessary
- Discuss special requests and dietary restrictions
- Determined rental needs (i.e. china, tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
- Discuss if there is a need for any outside services (i.e. valet, flowers, entertainment, etc.)
